    Majors in the College of Liberal & Creative Arts (LCA) should consult with two advisors each semester:

    1. An advisor in the major
    2. A general education and university requirements advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Center

    The Division of Graduate Studies offers counseling and advising regarding issues ranging from applications to graduation.

    This is a 12-unit university requirement that is approved by an advisor in your Major department.

    WGS  typically approves:

    • 12 units in a single language other than English
    • 12 units in study abroad
    • 12 units from an approved 2nd major, minor or certificate
    • 12 units in any single discipline other than the primary prefix of the major
    • 12 units approved by a WGS academic advisor
